Marking Technology
The Marktronic Multidot 3000 Marking System is the flagship dot marking product in the Pryor range. Fully programmable, highly configurable the Multidot 3000 is able to apply a high quality mark in most industrial applications by virtue of its robust modular construction. The configuration options simply mean the Multidot 3000 can be built to meet a single or range of marking applications depending upon the users' specific requirements. The class leading software ensures the system is easy to use whether in its stand alone format or via the MarkMasterTM windows operating package.

The cast table and column construction together with the unique head design guarantees the system is capable of operating in the most demanding of industrial environments. The modular construction ensures upgrade paths are available to help future proof any system purchased.

Single Marking System for all Requirements
High Flexibility suits most marking applications from a single programmable system. Three different marking windows are available as standard options: 60mm x 60mm, 100mm x 75mm and 150mm by 150mm to ensure the head is matched to the exact marking requirements. Variable force control to ensure optimum mark depth for all engineering materials up to 62 Rc(800 Hv).

Fast, Efficient Marking
Requiring no compressed air supply and powered only by a standard 220/110 volt electric source, the Multidot 3000 is both highly efficient, and significantly quieter than pneumatically actuated systems. Stand Alone or Integrated the separate controller protects the electronics from the mechanical shock loading generated in the marking head and the large high contrast LCD screen gives users clear control over the marking operation without the need for a separate PC. The controller also provides connectivity options through RS232 serial, digital I/O ports and the optional TCP/IP Ethernet network port.

2D Data Matrix Code Marking
The ball-screw driven marking head guarantees dot precision second to none, making the Multidot 3000 the choice for the rigorous demands of 2D Data Matrix Code Marking. The Multidot 3000 may be combined with the Pryor VeriSmartTM verification camera and software to provide a fully integrated direct part marking and verification solution. The VeriSmartTM camera has been specifically designed to mount onto the machines X,Y and Powered Z axes for integrated in-cycle verification.
